On behalf of Montgomery Asia, we wanted to put forward some news on their upcoming gourmet food and beverage event – Speciality & Fine Food Asia and Restaurant, Pub and Bar Asia happening 17-19 July 2018.

With more brands and companies looking to create food products that make use of unconventional ingredients, are more unique and inspired by local flavours, we wanted to introduce a couple of interesting brands that might also fit the bill.

From savoury macarons to complex berry wines, the table below lists some of these weird but wonderful culinary creations from various exhibitors who will be present at this year’s show.
